Rocco at the AI Agent Bee Launches in Albury and Wagga Wagga

On 19 August 2026, Digital Marketer Bee launched AI Agent Bee, a programme that helps regional marketing teams build AI capability, at the SS&A Club in Albury. To show guests what AI looks like in the real world, the team hired Rocco from RobotForHire.
The Brief
AI Agent Bee's message is "From curious to capable": helping regional businesses move from talking about AI to using it. The launch needed a moment that made the future feel tangible for local business owners, marketers and community leaders.
A humanoid robot does exactly that. Instead of describing AI on a slide, the launch put a Unitree G1 humanoid robot in the room for guests to meet, photograph and ask about.
The Result: Booked Again
The clearest sign the Albury launch worked: AI Agent Bee booked Rocco again for its next launch, in Wagga Wagga two weeks later.
What Rocco Did
- Became the photo booth. Guests lined up for photos with Rocco in front of the AI Agent Bee backdrop, so every shared photo carried the launch branding.
- Worked a live audience. Rocco's trained operator managed the interaction safely around guests of all ages.
- Added the "wow factor". For a launch about AI capability, a humanoid robot made the theme impossible to miss.
Back Again for Wagga Wagga
The Albury launch went well enough that Rocco joined the next one too. On 2 September 2026, AI Agent Bee held a Business After Hours launch with the Wagga Wagga Business Chamber at the Transgrid Discovery Hub. Business, marketing and government guests saw AI demonstrations and a robot in action.

Robot Hire Outside the Capital Cities
RobotForHire is based in Sydney, but Rocco travels for regional launches, conferences and business events.
