These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made with RobotForHire for robot hire and event entertainment services in Australia.

Quotes, availability, inclusions, travel requirements, venue access and event timing are confirmed before a booking is accepted. A booking is not confirmed until the agreed booking requirements have been met.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, safe venue access, suitable floor surfaces, power or operational requirements where requested, and any site-specific rules that may affect setup or operation.

RobotForHire may adjust or decline an activation where conditions are unsafe, unsuitable for the equipment, or materially different from the confirmed booking details.
