Plan Rocco around your wedding schedule

  • Share your venue, guest count and the moment you have in mind: guest arrivals, reception entry or a dedicated photo window.
  • Check the operating area and access route with the venue and operator, including steps, floor surfaces and space around dining tables.
  • Coordinate music, announcements and photos with your planner, MC and photographer. Any ceremonial role or object handling needs an agreed plan before booking.

Rocco is a Unitree G1 humanoid robot supplied with a trained operator. We are based in Sydney, with appearances including Channel 10 and FraudX in Melbourne. Interstate dates, travel and venue suitability are confirmed during planning.

Before you book

Can a robot be a ring bearer?

Treat ring delivery as a concept to assess, not a standard inclusion. The team needs to review the route, floor, handling requirements and ceremony timing before agreeing any role.

Can Rocco serve drinks at the reception?

Rocco’s event service focuses on operator-managed appearances, greetings and photos. Autonomous drink service is not a standard offering; discuss any prop or handling request before planning it into the reception.

When does a robot appearance fit best?

Consider arrivals, pre-dinner drinks or a photo window between formalities. Agree the timing with your planner so the appearance does not compete with vows, speeches or meal service.
