Prepare a ceremony or awards appearance

  • Share the run sheet, venue and proposed role, including any entrance, announcement or photo moment.
  • Confirm stage access and the operating surface with the venue. A stage role needs a checked route and an agreed rehearsal or technical check.
  • Provide approved names, pronunciations and short messages in advance. Assign an MC or stage-manager contact for cues.

Rocco is a Unitree G1 humanoid robot supplied with a trained operator. We are based in Sydney, with appearances including Channel 10 and FraudX in Melbourne. Interstate dates, travel and venue suitability are confirmed during planning.

Before you book

Can Rocco appear on stage?

A stage appearance can be considered after access, surface, edges and operating space have been assessed. Share the stage plan and allow time to coordinate the route and cues with the venue.

Can Rocco announce an award or carry a trophy?

Short scripted messages and object-handling ideas need advance review. Do not assume a trophy handover is included; the format must be agreed with the operator and event team.

Does the operator coordinate with our MC?

Yes. Agree one event contact and clear cues for the appearance. The run sheet should identify arrival, technical checks, interaction windows and a plan if the event runs late.
